Khelagor Terms & Conditions — The Complete Guide for Members

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and the entity operating Khelagor. By accessing or using Khelagor's website, mobile platform, or any related services, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

As used in this document, "Platform" refers to all of Khelagor's digital services. "Member" refers to any individual who holds a registered account on Khelagor. "Bet" refers to any financially at-risk participation placed on the Platform.

To use Khelagor's services, you must create a valid account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. Accounts created with false details may be suspended at any time and any balance may be forfeited.

Registration Requirements:

• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all of them will be closed.
• The mobile number and email address linked to your account must be your own.
• After registration, you must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. Khelagor is not liable for any loss resulting from sharing your password.
• Selling or transferring your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.

Khelagor may request additional identity verification at any time. If you fail to provide the required documents, Khelagor reserves the right to temporarily suspend your account.

Khelagor may request a National ID, passport, or birth registration certificate to verify your age — either at registration or at any time thereafter. If age details are found to be false, your account will be suspended immediately and your balance may be forfeited.

Additionally, residents of regions where online gaming is prohibited by law are not permitted to use Khelagor. Compliance with your local laws is solely your own responsibility.

All deposits and withdrawals on Khelagor must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Transactions from third-party accounts are not accepted.

Deposit Rules:

General Bonus Policy:

• The welcome bonus applies to first deposits only. The same individual may not claim a bonus across multiple accounts.
• Bonuses typically come with wagering requirements. Withdrawals from bonus funds are not permitted until the specified wagering amount has been met.
• Khelagor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Any artificial or fraudulent activity intended to exploit bonus offers will result in account closure.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.

When participating in Khelagor's referral program, you may only refer people you genuinely know. Creating fake accounts to claim referral bonuses is strictly prohibited.

When betting on Khelagor, each event is governed by its own specific rules. Please read the odds and conditions carefully before placing any bet.

General Betting Policy:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except in certain specific circumstances).
• Bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error may be voided.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the original stake will be refunded.
• Khelagor is not responsible for any bets cancelled due to internet connectivity issues during live betting.

Khelagor reserves the right to investigate any suspicious betting patterns and void bets where necessary. Any attempt at match fixing or gaining unfair advantage will result in permanent account closure.

Separate rules apply for participation in Khelagor's lottery, scratch cards, and casino games. All draws are conducted through internationally certified RNG systems.

• Lottery ticket cancellations are limited — they must be requested within a specified window before the draw begins.
• If any error is found in the distribution of winnings, Khelagor reserves the right to make the necessary corrections.
• Game outcomes are entirely random and not predetermined.
• A maximum investment limit per ticket or game is in place.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Khelagor and will result in immediate action:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Creating fake accounts to take advantage of bonus offers.
• Using automated bots or software for betting or gaming.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another member's account.
• Deliberately exploiting technical glitches or errors on the Platform.
• Operating an account under a false identity.

Khelagor reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any member's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these terms.
• Failure to cooperate with the KYC verification process.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• You have submitted a self-exclusion request to close your account.

If your account is closed while you have a valid balance and no terms have been violated, that amount will be returned through the designated method. However, if the closure is due to prohibited activity, the balance may be forfeited.

Khelagor believes gaming should be a source of entertainment. We are committed to preventing problem gambling and have put in place a range of responsible gaming measures to support this:
